I’ve always wanted to organize events. When it was time to choose my studies, that dream guided me straight into hospitality school, where I learned the fundamentals of hosting and service. I pushed my studies as far as I could, all the way to an MBA in Hospitality Management, which gave me an extremely solid foundation to build my career on.
After completing my studies, I built my career in Paris, first with luxury caterers and later with leading event agencies, working on every kind of event imaginable: corporate conferences, seminars, gala evenings, press events, and weddings. Those years in Paris gave me invaluable experience planning high-end events, and a first-hand understanding of how the finest wedding and event professionals in France work. What I was really doing, underneath all of it, was project management, coordinating people, timelines, budgets and expectations to make sure every event ran perfectly. So when I decided to launch my own company, it felt like the natural next step, not a leap into the unknown.
All of that experience serves me every day as a wedding planner. It gave me an eye for detail that few people in this industry have, because my studies and my years of work were built specifically around hospitality and events, not adapted from a different career, but designed for exactly this. My background gave me a sharp eye for the smallest details, so nothing is missed on your wedding day, and a genuine, ongoing pursuit of excellence in everything I do.
Today, more than five years and forty weddings later, Mamma Mia Events is based in the South of France — but my roots in Paris mean I’m just as much at home planning a celebration there, or anywhere else in France your story takes us.

Very few wedding planners combine an academic background this closely tied to hospitality and event management with hands-on experience gained working for Parisian catering houses and agencies.
