Most couples reach out around a year before their wedding, which allows enough time to secure the venue and the vendors that matter most to them. That said, do not worry if your timeline is shorter. We have successfully planned beautiful weddings with six months of preparation, and we will always tell you honestly whether your date is something we can take on.
Everything begins with a video call, before any quote is sent. This first conversation allows us to talk through your vision, your guests and your budget, and to make sure we are the right match for one another. Only once we have connected and we understand your project do we prepare a fully personalized quote. From there, once you are ready to move forward, we sign the contract and the planning begins.
We intentionally accept only a handful of weddings each year, around ten at most. This is a deliberate choice: it allows us to offer every couple the complete, tailor-made attention their celebration deserves, from our very first call to the last dance.
